Eligibility for the Lometa Housing Authority is primarily determined by income, household size, and other factors that may vary depending on the specific program or property. Generally, applicants must meet income limits set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to ensure assistance is directed towards those with the greatest need. Legal U.S. residency, a satisfactory rental history, and a favorable credit check are also typically considered. Certain housing programs may have age, family size, or disability-related requirements. The specifics of eligibility can differ, so it's recommended to reach out to the Lometa Housing Authority for detailed information on eligibility criteria based on the program or property of interest.
