Am I Eligible?
Eligibility for the Lometa Housing Authority is primarily determined by income, household size, and other factors that may vary depending on the specific program or property. How To Apply
Applications are available at the CPRHA office, 35 Fox Meadow Drive, Lebanon and at our public housing properties. You may also apply online here. To complete the application, you must have the following information: names, dates of birth and Social Security numbers for all household members. In addition, you must provide amount of income, assets and expenses for each household member.
Pet Policy
Small pets under 25 pounds are allowed with a $100 deposit. All pets must be approved by the property managers.
Limit of one pet per apartment. Service/emotional support animals excluded.
